Here at Manitowoc Tool & Manufacturing, we have two apprenticeship programs to get your career started!
Youth Apprentice Program
If you are in high school, you can get a head start on your career towards a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker. The Youth Apprenticeship offers either a 1 year or 2 year program that leads into your state apprenticeship.
Registered Apprentice Program
After you graduate high school and complete your youth apprenticeship program, you can move into the 5 year State Apprenticeship. You will be working with journeyman tool and die makers to get your journeyman’s card.
