Manitowoc Tool & Manufacturing is growing, and we’re looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to join our 1st-shift team.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise shift leads, as well as shop employees. You will implement policies and procedures, recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in metal fabrication is required. Working knowledge of fab equipment; including set up and operation of press brake, laser, and robotic weld equipment. We are looking for someone who:

• Has a solid work history
• Takes pride in doing quality work
• Is dependable and willing to learn
• Can follow safety and quality procedures
• Works well with others
